We are launching a high-energy, positive-vibe weekly Sunday Market to serve as a vibrant community hub! We're seeking local artisans, growers, makers, food trucks, musicians, drum circle participants, and interactive activity or carnival game vendors to join our inaugural lineup. 📋 Important Market Rules & Logistics
- ⚡ Off-Grid Site: We do not provide electricity or running water. Quiet inverter generators and self-contained water setups are welcome.
- ⚖️ Tent Weights Required: Every 10×10 or 10×20 canopy must have 20–25 lbs of weight secured to each leg (sandbags, water jugs, or heavy weights). No ground stakes permitted.
- 🚛 Setup Window: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM. All vendor vehicles must be moved out of the market footprint by 10:30 AM. Booths must be ready to serve by 10:45 AM.
- 🚶 Pedestrian Safety & Teardown Rule: Market hours are 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No early booth teardown before 4:00 PM. Vendor vehicles are NOT permitted back into market aisles until 4:15 PM to protect browsing shoppers.
- 😌 Relaxed Property Wrap-Up: Take your time post-market! Official wrap-up runs 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM, but you're welcome to sit, pack up stress-free, and finish clean up by 6:30 PM.
- ☔ Weather Policy: The market runs rain or shine. In the event of dangerous extreme weather, cancellations will be posted by 8:00 AM on market day via our social media channels.
- 🗑️ Trash: Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and taking all commercial garbage with them.
- 💳 Sales Tax & Permits: Vendors selling tangible goods are individually responsible for reporting their own Tennessee state sales tax and obtaining any required local business permits or licenses. Paddle Frogs does not collect or remit sales tax on behalf of vendors.
💰 Payment & Approval Process
Submitting this application does not guarantee a spot. The Paddle Frogs team reviews all applications to ensure a balanced, high-quality mix for our visitors. We will contact you within 48 hours regarding your status.
Upon approval, a secure payment invoice will be sent to your email to confirm and hold your spot. Your space is not reserved until payment is received. We accept all major credit/debit cards via our secure online payment link.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: All booth fees are non-refundable. However, with at least 72 hours notice, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future available market date at our discretion.
