Paddle Frogs Return & Refund Policy

At Paddle Frogs, we want every adventure to be safe, fun, and magical. Our return and refund policy is designed to protect our customers, ensure fairness, and remain compliant with industry standards.


General Return Eligibility

All return requests must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. Paddle Frogs accepts returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, with original tags attached, and shipped back in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation, is required.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, size or color preference. This applies to all Paddle Frogs products, including custom, print-on-demand, personalized, and standard items.


Skateboard Decks – Additional Policy

Skateboards are manufactured from laminated wood and may break, chip, or crack under stress. These issues are considered normal wear and are not covered under our return policy. Skateboard decks are not warranted against breakage once skated.

A skateboard deck may be returned only if it was printed incorrectly, damaged during shipping, or does not match the design preview shown at the time of order. Because monitors and devices display colors differently, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. To qualify for return, the deck must be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, still in its shrink wrap, un-skated, and free from grip tape, trucks, bolts, or stickers.

If approved, Paddle Frogs will either replace the skateboard deck or, at its discretion, refund the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, contact us at info@paddlefrogs.com or use the chat feature on our website. Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, Paddle Frogs will provide a prepaid return label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.


Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Paddle Frogs will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label. For all other reasons, returns are not accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within fourteen business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction. If you have not received your refund within fourteen business days of approval, please contact us immediately.


Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new order. You must first return the defective or incorrect item as described above. Once approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.


Damages and Issues

We ask all customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a fair solution. In some cases, we may request photos or additional documentation to verify the defect or damage.


Items Purchased Through Retailers

If you purchased Paddle Frogs products through an authorized retailer, you must follow the retailer’s return and refund policies. Paddle Frogs cannot process refunds or returns directly for items purchased through third-party sellers.
