We have designed this private property specifically for those who seek to step away from the noise and find their own rhythm in a secure, peaceful environment.

The Private Waterfront Experience

Located at 689 Riggs Chapel Road, our private riverfront offers a secluded escape from the crowded public ramps. We’ve designed this space for deep focus, creative flow, and purposeful motion.

As the home of the Divine Escape paddleboard fleet, we provide high-end, 4-hour rental sessions (Morning paddles and evening adventures) that allow you to own the shoreline. Here, between our manicured banks and the historic train tracks of the Eastside, you can record your next podcast, film a scenic vlog, or simply drift into a state of "Life in Balance."

The Agritourism Shop & Farm

Directly across from the riverfront on the Westside of the road sits our Garden Shop. This is where our roots meet the soil. Unlike typical big-box stores, we curate a selection of rare finds and farm-fresh goods:
