Cancellation policy

PADDLE FROGS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. No Refund Policy At Paddle Frogs, we prepare equipment and staffing based on your reservation. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, "no-shows," or late arrivals.

2. Rescheduling & Credits

  • Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In these cases, we will issue a digital gift card or rental credit for the full amount, valid for one year.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your start time are not eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Paddle Frogs Facility Closures If Paddle Frogs determines that river conditions (high flow rates, debris) or weather conditions (lightning, high winds) are unsafe for paddling, we will close the facility.

  • In the event of a Paddle Frogs closure, guests will be given the choice of a full refund or a rental credit to be used at a later date.

4. Late Arrivals Your rental period begins at the time of your reservation. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of time or a partial refund, as the equipment is reserved specifically for your time slot.

5. Early Returns There are no partial refunds for equipment returned earlier than the scheduled return time.
